What you'll do

Your role will involve driving quality initiatives and process changes to enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with support staff from HR, Finance, and IT to secure resources for projects and initiatives. You will also take proactive steps to share best practices across departments and shifts, ensuring a cohesive operational strategy. Your leadership will be crucial in building a strong team culture and developing future leaders within the organization.
