What you'll do

As the Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will oversee all budgetary and operational objectives at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, setting clear expectations and holding them accountable for their performance. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring that the facility consistently achieves and surpasses business objectives.

You will take proactive steps to share best practices across all departments and shifts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with support staff from HR, Finance, and Safety, you will ensure that all operational aspects align with company standards and goals. Your leadership will be crucial in driving results across all areas of the facility, making a significant impact on overall performance.
