What you'll do
As an Operations Manager at Amazon, you will lead a team responsible for delivering millions of packages to customers every day. You will engage your team during their shifts, focusing on maintaining high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will build and execute productivity plans, conducting forecast reviews and determining productivity requirements. Your role will involve managing safety and quality metrics while ensuring customer delivery promises are met. You will lead large-scope projects that have a significant impact on site operations, collaborating with other leaders to balance workloads and drive improvements.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $91,000.00 - $136,500.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
