You have a proven track record in operations management, with extensive experience in leading teams and driving performance objectives. Your ability to coach and mentor Operations and Area Managers ensures that you build a strong leadership bench within the Fulfillment Center. You understand the importance of creating positive employee relations and are committed to fostering a collaborative work environment.

You are adept at implementing quality initiatives and process changes, leveraging Lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Your focus on safety, quality, and customer experience drives your decision-making, ensuring that all operational aspects meet and exceed business plans. You are skilled at setting clear expectations and measuring performance, providing constructive feedback to your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center, including budget management and team development. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, ensuring that performance objectives are met through effective coaching and mentoring. Your responsibilities will include driving the creation of quality initiatives and process change initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.

You will work closely with support staff across various departments, including HR, Finance, and IT, to secure resources for projects and initiatives. Your proactive approach will help ensure that best practices are shared across all departments and shifts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be accountable for the overall safety, quality, and performance of either Inbound or Outbound operations, setting and clarifying requirements for your team.
