What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, ensuring that performance objectives are met through effective coaching and mentorship. Your role will involve driving the creation of quality initiatives and process changes to enhance operational efficiency. You will set and clarify requirements for your team, measure performance, and provide feedback to ensure accountability.

You will take proactive steps to share best practices across departments and shifts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other Senior Operations Managers, you will build support for projects and initiatives in your area. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a safe and productive work environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
