Your background includes working with electrical and mechanical systems, allowing you to troubleshoot and maintain various equipment effectively. You are dedicated to supporting production by working in a safe, customer-focused manner, and you understand the importance of regular maintenance checks and vendor coordination. You possess strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage tools inventory and provide daily reports on maintenance activities. You are comfortable working with agency staff and overseeing shift operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Desirable

Experience with energy consumption monitoring and minor refurbishment works is a plus. Familiarity with fire alarm systems and safety protocols will enhance your ability to maintain a safe working environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take care of overall facility and administrative activities, ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks are performed according to the PPM schedule. You will attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works, coordinating with vendors for systems under warranty or AMC. Your responsibilities will include energy consumption readings and maintenance of diesel generators. You will maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical components, and be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods.

You will also handle relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly. Regular checks on fire alarms and extinguishers will be part of your duties, along with maintenance tasks such as oiling and greasing of carts, trolleys, and pumps. You will be involved in minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls, providing daily reports on TT closures and open cases, as well as updating tools inventory. Your role will require you to manage PPM schedule maintenance and oversee soft services activities, including pest control and housekeeping.
