What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center. This includes managing a team of Operations and Area Managers, driving performance through effective coaching and mentorship. You will lead the creation of quality and process change initiatives, ensuring that your functional area meets and exceeds business plans. Your role will involve setting and clarifying requirements for your team, measuring their performance, and holding them accountable for achieving departmental goals.

You will take proactive steps to share best practices across departments and shifts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating with support staff, you will build and secure the necessary resources for projects and initiatives in your area. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, ultimately enhancing the customer experience and operational performance of the Fulfillment Center.
