What you'll do

As an Area Manager, you will lead a team of hourly employees in one of Amazon's fulfillment centers, sort centers, or delivery stations. Your primary responsibility will be to engage, lead, and develop your team, ensuring they meet operational goals while maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality. You will motivate and mentor your team, fostering an environment where they can thrive and succeed. You will also be responsible for managing performance metrics and ensuring that your team adheres to attendance and quality standards.

You will work closely with other managers and team leaders to coordinate operations and improve processes. Your role will involve hands-on leadership, requiring you to be present on the production floor to support your team and address any challenges that arise. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your leadership skills and learn best practices for managing a successful operations team.

What we offer

Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $65,200.00 - $75,000.00 annually for this position, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and financial benefits.
