What you'll do
As an Area Manager, you will oversee a team of hourly employees in one of Amazon's operational facilities. You will engage in hands-on management, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the demands of a busy warehouse environment. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
