What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, setting clear expectations and measuring performance to ensure accountability. You will drive the creation of quality initiatives and process changes, leveraging Lean methodologies to improve operational efficiency. Your role will involve close collaboration with HR, Finance, and other departments to support various initiatives and projects. You will take the lead in building leadership bench strength within your team, ensuring that you nurture ideas and roll them into actionable improvement plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring that all operational objectives are met.
