What you'll do
As a Senior Station Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all budgetary, people development, and operational objectives for the delivery station. You will lead a team of Operations, Area, and Shift Managers, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the demands of a 24/7 operational environment. Your role will involve setting clear expectations and accountability for performance, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement through lean initiatives.
You will manage day-to-day relationships with multiple Delivery Service Providers, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to drive quality initiatives and process changes will be crucial in meeting and exceeding business plans. You will also be responsible for the overall safety and quality of operations, ensuring that all team members are aligned with Amazon's high standards.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $135,000.00 - $182,700.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
