What you'll do
As a Senior Station Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the delivery station, ensuring that all budgetary and performance objectives are met. You will lead a team of Operations, Area, and Shift Managers, setting clear expectations and holding them accountable for their departments' performance. Your role will involve driving the vision for the station team, implementing quality initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through lean initiatives.
You will regularly present operational metrics to senior leadership, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial as you identify gaps between current performance and goals, developing strategies to close those gaps. You will also manage day-to-day relationships with multiple delivery service providers, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $135,000.00 - $182,700.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
