What you'll do

As a Fulfillment Area Manager Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn how to manage a team effectively. You will work closely with site leadership to develop a summer project that aligns with operational goals. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring Amazon associates, helping them to perform at their best in a warehouse environment. You will gain insights into the operations network and understand how to drive performance through effective team management.

Throughout the ten-week internship, you will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of a fulfillment center. You will learn about the various processes involved in supply chain management and how to optimize them for efficiency. You will also have the chance to collaborate with other interns and employees, sharing ideas and best practices to enhance team performance.
