What you'll do

During this ten-week internship, you will have the opportunity to learn how to manage a team effectively. You will work closely with site leadership to develop a summer project that aligns with the operational goals of the fulfillment center. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring associates, ensuring that they are motivated and engaged in their work. You will gain valuable insights into the operations of Amazon's fulfillment network and learn how to navigate the complexities of managing a team in a warehouse environment.

You will be responsible for understanding the daily operations of the fulfillment center and identifying areas for improvement. This will involve collaborating with your team to implement best practices and enhance productivity. You will also participate in training sessions and workshops designed to develop your leadership skills and prepare you for future opportunities within Amazon.
