What you'll do

As a Fulfillment Area Manager Intern, you will spend ten weeks immersed in the operations of one of Amazon's fulfillment centers, sort centers, or delivery stations. Your primary focus will be on learning how to coach, motivate, and mentor a team of Amazon associates. You will work closely with site leadership to develop a summer project that aligns with operational goals, providing you with the opportunity to apply your learning in a real-world context.

Throughout your internship, you will engage in various activities that will enhance your understanding of warehouse operations and team management. You will participate in training sessions designed to equip you with the skills necessary to lead effectively. Additionally, you will have the chance to observe and contribute to the daily operations, gaining insights into the challenges and successes of managing a team in a high-volume environment.
