What you'll do

As an Area Manager, you will oversee a team of hourly employees in one of Amazon's fulfillment centers. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop your team, ensuring they meet operational goals while maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality. You will engage with your team daily, providing motivation and support to help them succeed in their roles. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.

Your role will involve hands-on leadership, where you will be actively present on the production floor, guiding your team through daily tasks and challenges.
