What you'll do

As the Site Lead for Lastmile Operations at Amazon, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at the Delivery Center. You will manage shifts and support the DC manager in performance management, ensuring that operational plans are executed efficiently. Your role will involve identifying and acquiring new retail accounts, managing relationships with channel partners, and driving growth in the assigned territory. You will conduct regular field visits to monitor performance and provide training on Amazon processes and products. Additionally, you will maintain routine reporting on store performance and develop action plans based on data analysis to enhance network health.
