What you'll do

As the Site Lead, Operations at Amazon, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a delivery station, overseeing the execution of logistics for over 15,000 packages. You will lead a team of managers and associates, making key decisions and escalations on behalf of your team. Your role will involve developing strategies to streamline operations and enhance the efficiency of last-mile delivery.

You will be responsible for monitoring and improving the performance of drivers and associates, ensuring timely and successful deliveries. You will collaborate with key business partners across various departments, including Transport & Sortation, DSP Management, Finance, and HR, to drive operational excellence. Your ability to assemble the right team and assign tracking strategies will be crucial in achieving operational goals.
