What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, setting clear expectations and measuring performance to ensure that operational goals are achieved. You will drive the creation of quality initiatives and process change initiatives, enabling your functional area to meet and exceed business plans. Your role will involve proactive communication with support staff to build and secure resources for projects and initiatives, ensuring that your team has the necessary support to succeed. You will also take the lead in building positive employee relations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Fulfillment Center.
