What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, driving performance and ensuring that operational objectives are met. Your role will involve creating and implementing quality initiatives and process changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

You will set and clarify requirements for your team, measuring performance and providing feedback to ensure accountability. Your proactive approach will help you identify best practices and share them across departments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other senior managers to build support for projects and initiatives, ensuring that your team has the resources they need to succeed.
