What you'll do

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee all budgetary and operational objectives at the Shakopee Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching them to meet performance targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for the overall performance of either Inbound or Outbound operations, focusing on safety, quality, and customer experience. You will set and clarify requirements for your team, measure their performance, and hold them accountable for achieving departmental goals. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with support staff across various functions, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure that best practices are shared and implemented throughout the facility.
