You are comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for up to 12 hours during shifts. You thrive in dynamic settings and can adapt to varying noise levels and temperatures. Your ability to collaborate with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, is essential to meet business objectives.
What you'll do
As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, ensuring they are engaged and performing at their best during their shifts. You will manage key operational components, including safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Your role will involve supporting and mentoring your team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
You will collaborate with support teams to develop plans that align with business objectives, ensuring that customer expectations are met consistently. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the workflow of operations, from the first mile to the last mile, ensuring that products are housed, transported, and delivered efficiently. What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $70,000.00 - $90,900.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) matching program, paid time off, and parental leave.
