What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will oversee the maintenance of material handling equipment (MHE) and Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems, ensuring they operate reliably and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing projects, coordinating with vendors for planned and emergency repairs, and developing training programs for both service and contract technicians.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for complex issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will help ensure that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards, contributing to the overall success of Amazon's operations. You will also be involved in mentoring and training technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance their skills and performance.
