Who you are
You have over 2 years of experience as a people manager, demonstrating your ability to lead and develop teams effectively. Your excellent communication and facilitation skills allow you to engage with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that training programs meet the needs of all participants. You possess business-level proficiency in Japanese and intermediate English, enabling you to navigate cross-cultural environments with ease.
Your background includes experience in operations management, particularly within Amazon, where you have honed your skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You thrive in dynamic environments and can quickly adapt to changing priorities, ensuring that training initiatives remain relevant and impactful.
You are adept at identifying gaps in existing learning content and collaborating with teams to refresh and create new materials that enhance the onboarding experience for new leaders. Your data-driven approach helps you understand performance issues and gather feedback to continuously improve training programs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will comprehensively manage training programs, from needs analysis to execution and ongoing improvement based on participant feedback. You will conduct training sessions both virtually and in-person, ensuring that new AMZL leaders acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
You will work closely with the leadership team at the delivery station to address any issues that hinder effective learning, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will also include coaching participants during their onboarding process and beyond, helping them grow into strong leaders within the organization.
You will measure and evaluate the impact of leadership development initiatives, using data to inform program enhancements. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for soft skills development and collaborate with stakeholders to implement additional training as needed. Your role is crucial in shaping the future leaders of Amazon Logistics, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional results for customers.
