Experience with automation features and conducting testing is a plus, as is familiarity with creating roadmaps and coordinating peers on specific goals. Your analytical skills will help you create and analyze reports of localization data, identifying patterns and deriving insights around volume, quality, cost, turnaround time, and productivity.

You will define use cases for automation features and conduct testing to ensure their effectiveness.

You will create roadmaps and coordinate with peers on specific goals, updating leadership with regular reports on progress and outcomes. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining the functionalities of cross-team processes, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common objectives. You will play a crucial role in helping the Translation Services Ops team contribute to Amazon's innovative and customer-centric approach to e-commerce.
