You have experience in localization and business development, ideally with a background in program management. You are highly organized and possess strong communication skills, allowing you to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders effectively. You thrive in an international, fast-paced environment and are comfortable with change and ambiguity as you contribute to expanding product selection across international platforms.
You have a passion for learning and developing yourself and others, which aligns with the multicultural team of Localization specialists at Amazon. Your ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility is a key asset in this role. You are comfortable finding solutions to make the best use of technical tooling, ensuring that you can complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision.
Desirable
Experience with automation features and conducting testing is a plus, as is familiarity with creating roadmaps and coordinating peers on specific goals. Your analytical skills will help you create and analyze reports of localization data, identifying patterns and deriving insights around volume, quality, cost, turnaround time, and productivity.

You will analyze localization data to identify patterns and derive insights, which will help improve processes and drive efficiency.
