What you'll do

As a Localization Operations PM, you will own and manage medium to large localization initiatives from project intake to final delivery. You will work closely with tech and product teams to define strategies and build project plans, ensuring that all milestones are met and risks are effectively communicated. Your role will involve managing relationships with translation service providers to guarantee timely and high-quality global content delivery.

You will be responsible for continuously improving localization processes and workflows, applying your expertise in the localization industry to enhance project outcomes. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure a consistent global experience for Amazon's customers, iterating on best practices to achieve the best results.
