Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in product management with at least 5 years of experience, particularly in improving vendor experiences and supply chain efficiencies. You are skilled in using data to drive decisions and uncover insights that lead to measurable business impacts. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail Business Services, Vendor Managers, and Tech teams, is essential for success in this role. You are adept at identifying root causes of issues and developing scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You have experience in defining key metrics for performance monitoring and reporting, ensuring that improvements are tracked and communicated effectively.
Desirable
Experience in retail operations or supply chain management is a plus, as is familiarity with building standard operating procedures (SOPs) and driving their adoption across teams. A background in data analysis and process mapping will help you excel in this role, as will your ability to influence technology roadmaps to address systemic gaps.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead cross-functional programs aimed at improving vendor experience and supply chain efficiency across various categories and marketplaces. You will identify pain points in the vendor and supply chain processes and develop scalable solutions to address them. Your responsibilities will include defining key metrics for vendor experience and supply performance, as well as developing mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and reporting. You will conduct deep dives using data and process mapping to uncover defects, quantify their impact, and measure results post-implementation. Additionally, you will prepare and lead business reviews to communicate findings and drive strategic initiatives.
