Job Description

Who you are

You have over 12 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology — you've successfully led teams and driven product strategies that align with business goals. Your background includes at least 6 years of team management experience, showcasing your ability to mentor and guide product managers effectively.

You hold a Bachelor's degree and possess a strong understanding of financial products, particularly in the context of emerging markets. Your expertise in BNPL and installments is complemented by a proven track record of managing P&L responsibilities, ensuring that product initiatives contribute to overall profitability.

You excel at defining and owning product roadmaps, making strategic trade-offs, and delivering features that resonate with users. Your experience scaling financial products in emerging markets has equipped you with insights into customer needs and market dynamics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and own the affordability vision and multi-year roadmap for International Emerging Stores, with a primary focus on Mexico. You will partner with central teams such as Pricing and Seller Services to integrate installments as a core pricing lever, driving innovative user experiences that enhance affordability visibility in the shopping journey.

Your influence will extend across multiple organizations, including Payments, Finance, Tech, and Risk, allowing you to drive alignment and collaboration without direct authority.

Your responsibilities will include expanding the coverage and customer adoption of Interest-Free Installments and BNPL, enhancing the value propositions for sellers and vendors. You will incorporate insights from emerging markets like Brazil, India, and MENA into your product strategy, ensuring that affordability becomes a key growth lever in these regions.
