Overview

Airwallex is hiring a Head of SME & Partnerships to lead their efforts in Mexico City. You'll be responsible for driving partnerships and managing SME relationships to enhance the company's growth in the region.

You have a strong background in sales and partnerships, particularly within the SME sector, and you understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with this market. Your experience in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders will be crucial as you drive growth for Airwallex in Mexico. You are a strategic thinker who can balance short-term wins with long-term objectives, ensuring that the partnerships you develop align with the company's overall mission and goals.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey the value of Airwallex's offerings to potential partners and clients. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will enable you to leverage resources and insights from various departments to enhance partnership strategies. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy for SME partnerships in Mexico, identifying and pursuing opportunities that align with Airwallex's growth objectives. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of SMEs, ensuring that our offerings resonate with this target audience. Your responsibilities will include negotiating partnership agreements, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and tracking the performance of partnerships to ensure they deliver value.

You will also be responsible for representing Airwallex at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative solutions and building brand awareness within the SME community.
