You have over 8 years of experience in vendor management and retail operations — you've successfully led programs that drive efficiency and defect elimination in complex environments. Your program management skills enable you to influence both internal and external stakeholders effectively, ensuring project execution aligns with business goals.
You possess a strong metrics-driven mindset, allowing you to analyze performance against key business KPIs while maintaining a focus on customer and vendor experience. Your ability to dive deeply into both business and technical domains has equipped you with the skills to deliver technology-based solutions that are highly scalable.
You are adept at planning, budgeting, and overseeing the growth and productivity of programs — your strategic vision is complemented by your tactical execution capabilities. You have a proven track record of engaging with senior leadership to drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving defect elimination within the Financial Disputes program — you will partner with upstream tech and retail teams to implement automation solutions that enhance efficiency. Your collaboration with senior leadership will be crucial in achieving business objectives and improving vendor and customer experiences.
You will engage with central product and program teams to build confidence through quality delivery and robust processes. Your responsibilities will include overall planning and execution of programs aimed at eliminating defects that cause downstream payment issues for vendors. You will also be tasked with developing sound reporting metrics to track progress and success.
