Job Description

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in program management, particularly in the online retail sector, where you've successfully driven automation initiatives. Your ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders is key to your success, allowing you to effectively manage project execution and deliver technology-based solutions that are scalable and customer-focused.

You thrive in environments that require a deep understanding of both business and technical domains. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to navigate ambiguity and overcome unforeseen obstacles, making you a valuable asset in high-volume operational settings. You are passionate about developing a comprehensive understanding of programs and operational excellence, which drives your commitment to achieving the best results for customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Amazon Retail and 3P teams worldwide to identify automation opportunities and size the problems effectively. You will own end-to-end automation processes using Sapien, collaborating closely with business, tech, and other partner teams within Amazon. Your responsibilities will include scaling solutions across multiple geographies, ensuring that the automation initiatives lead to significant productivity gains for business teams.

You will be expected to lead at both strategic and tactical levels, diving deep into the business and technical aspects of the projects you manage. Your ability to network effectively and influence partner teams without direct authority will be crucial in driving the success of the automation programs. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the programs maintain parity across different regions, ultimately lowering costs for Retail, 3P, and RBS teams.

What we offer

At Amazon, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. You will work in an environment that encourages you to take ownership of your projects and make a meaningful impact on the business. We believe in fostering a culture of inclusivity and support, ensuring that all team members have the resources they need to succeed. If you are ready to take on a challenging role that drives automation and enhances operational efficiency, we encourage you to apply.
