Your ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders is key to your success, allowing you to effectively execute projects that align with business goals. You possess a strong understanding of technology-based solutions and are adept at scaling these solutions across various geographies. Your experience in high-volume operational environments has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver impactful results.
You thrive in ambiguous situations and have a proven track record of networking effectively to influence partner teams without direct authority. Your passion for understanding the intricacies of programs, products, and operational excellence drives you to overcome unforeseen obstacles. Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with Amazon Retail and 3P teams worldwide to identify automation opportunities and size the problems effectively. You will own end-to-end automation processes, collaborating with various business and technical teams to drive meaningful automation that enhances productivity for business teams. Your responsibilities will include scaling solutions across multiple geographies, ensuring that programs maintain parity across the board. You will be expected to deliver technology-based solutions that are highly scalable while keeping a strong focus on customer and business partner satisfaction.
You will lead initiatives that require a deep understanding of both the strategic and tactical aspects of program management. This includes diving into the details of business operations and technical requirements to ensure that all projects are executed flawlessly.
