You have a proven track record in managing transportation operations, ideally with experience in logistics or supply chain management. Your ability to analyze complex distribution networks and develop innovative solutions sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction. Your entrepreneurial mindset allows you to navigate ambiguity and tackle challenging operational issues effectively. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including 3PL carriers and internal teams.
What you'll do
