Amazon is hiring a Program Manager for their Reliability Maintenance and Engineering team in São Paulo. You have a strong delivery record and proven ability to own and execute multiple simultaneous projects — your experience in managing complex tasks across various teams makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are customer-focused and a natural problem solver, with excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to effectively convey information to stakeholders. You thrive in ambiguous environments and have a consistent track record of successful project delivery under tight deadlines.
You understand the importance of collaboration and can influence and drive critical path tasks with partners to maintain launch timelines. Your ability to communicate regularly with customer and RME leadership teams on status, risks, and change control is a key strength that sets you apart. You are adept at working across multiple business organizations, vendors, and third-party contractors, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll do
As a Program Manager in the RME Early Lifecycle Management team, you will be responsible for coordinating training and onsite launch execution during the launch phase. You will represent RME Launch on-site, ensuring that all local RME teams are set up to successfully maintain buildings during operations. Your role will involve regular communication with internal and customer stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any risks or changes that may arise.
You will influence and drive critical path tasks with partners, ensuring that launch timelines are met and that all necessary preparations are in place for a successful launch. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of the Amazon fulfillment network, which includes various site types designed to meet customer expectations.
