Who you are

You have a strong background in project management, particularly in construction or engineering environments. You are skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of a project are executed to the highest standards. Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams and leading initiatives that drive continuous improvement. You are comfortable with data analysis and can identify root causes of issues to implement effective solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are willing to travel up to 40% of the time to oversee commissioning and vendor qualification. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in building management systems and familiarity with Fire Life Safety regulations would be advantageous. A background in HVAC systems and electrical engineering is also a plus, as is any experience with continuous improvement methodologies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the construction phases of projects, focusing on base building equipment qualification. You will lead the scheduling for base building qualification and identify key milestones for installation and operational quality inspections. Your responsibilities will include generating reports and managing KPIs to track significant milestones. You will also lead change management efforts to develop building template specifications and site-specific composites. Collaboration with teams in Design and Construction, Procurement, and Execution will be essential to ensure that all projects meet quality standards and timelines. You will work closely with vendors to improve their reporting templates and ensure that all installations are compliant with safety and operational standards.
