You have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating your ability to deliver results under tight deadlines. Your experience includes working across various business organizations, vendors, and third-party contractors, showcasing your strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders effectively. You are customer-focused and a natural problem solver, adept at navigating ambiguous environments while maintaining a clear focus on project goals. Your verbal and written communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to report back to internal and customer stakeholders with clarity and precision.
What you'll do
As a Senior ELM Launch Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all site types and local RME teams are set up to maintain buildings during operations. You will represent RME ELM on-site, coordinating training and overseeing launch execution. Your role will involve regular communication with customer and RME leadership teams regarding project status, risks, and change control. You will influence and drive critical path tasks with partners to maintain launch timelines, ensuring that all aspects of the launch process are executed smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.
