What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for new launches and equipment installations in legacy sites. You will prepare and deliver the Reliability and Maintenance (RME) launch plan, working closely with field engineering, design, and construction teams. Your responsibilities will include driving cross-functional collaboration and aligning project goals with business objectives. You will also support the RME field team in executing launch activities, ensuring that all projects meet Amazon's high standards for quality and efficiency.

You will be responsible for developing project timelines, managing resources, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any challenges that arise. You will also analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.
