Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in real estate or construction. You thrive in environments that require attention to detail and a high sense of urgency, ensuring that all project milestones are tracked and processes move forward seamlessly. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, Construction, and Engineering, as well as external partners like brokers and developers, sets you apart. You are detail-oriented and take ownership of your projects, ensuring that stakeholders remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Desirable
Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with real estate processes and regulations in the AMET region. You are comfortable using data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve project outcomes. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively manage project meetings and ensure clear communication of action items and next steps.
What you'll do
In this role, you will track progress across multiple real estate and construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. You will maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity in project tracking tools such as Smartsheet and Excel. Coordinating due diligence efforts, including environmental, zoning, legal, and permitting reviews, will be a key responsibility. You will schedule and run project meetings, manage calendars, and communicate action items clearly to all stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage purchase orders, review invoices, and support budget tracking to ensure financial accountability. Your role will also involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce blockers, and drive execution, ultimately contributing to continuous improvement in tools, reporting, and project management processes.
