What you'll do

As a Senior Real Estate Manager at Careem, you will lead fit-out and maintenance projects for the company’s facilities. Your role will involve conducting real estate feasibility studies to assess potential sites and ensure they align with the company's strategic goals. You will provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external contractors to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in managing expectations and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the quality of work performed by contractors, ensuring that all fit-out projects meet Careem's standards for design and functionality. Regular site visits will be part of your routine to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.

In addition to project management, you will play a key role in developing and implementing maintenance strategies for existing facilities, ensuring they remain in optimal condition. Your insights will help shape the future of Careem's real estate strategy as the company continues to grow.
