Who you are
You have a strong background in real estate management and strategy, with experience in overseeing multiple office locations. You understand the complexities of managing real estate portfolios and have a keen eye for optimizing office spaces to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.

What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the global real estate strategy for TravelPerk. You will lead initiatives to optimize office spaces, ensuring they meet the needs of our growing workforce while also being cost-effective. Collaborating with various departments, you will assess current office locations and identify opportunities for expansion or consolidation.
You will also manage the relationships with real estate agents, landlords, and contractors to ensure that all office spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
