With over 12 years of B2B sales experience, you have successfully driven sales results and built effective sales teams. You consider yourself a coach and mentor, always striving to elevate the performance of those around you. Your analytical thinking allows you to develop and execute effective sales strategies, tactics, and programs tailored for CPG advertisers. You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to manage and inspire a top-performing sales team.
You have a deep understanding of the CPG space and have experience supporting leading CPG brands. Your leadership style emphasizes collaboration and customer obsession, ensuring that advertisers receive the highest level of service. You are adept at hiring and retaining top sales talent, fostering a culture of excellence within your team. You prioritize delivering high-quality work and are committed to achieving defined goals and timelines.
Desirable
Experience in digital advertising and familiarity with Amazon Ads would be advantageous, as would a background in data-driven decision-making. You are comfortable analyzing performance metrics and providing optimization recommendations to clients.
