You are results-oriented and prioritize delivering high-quality work on time.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for hiring and developing the best sales talent, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet and exceed their goals. You will create and implement sales programs and tools that enhance team performance and drive customer satisfaction. As a strong leader, you will inspire your team and foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that advertisers receive the highest level of service.

You will coach your team to analyze the performance of their customers' full-funnel campaigns, providing optimization recommendations to enhance results. Your role will involve partnering across organizations to ensure your team is set up for success, and you will be expected to deliver timely, high-quality work that meets defined goals and timelines. Building new customer relationships will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you work to expand Amazon's presence in the Consumer Services sector.

Amazon offers a competitive salary range for this position, with annual compensation between $194,700 and $263,300. In addition to a robust salary, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and wellness programs, retirement savings plans, and generous paid time off.
