Who you are

You have over 10 years of experience in sales, particularly in digital advertising solutions, and have successfully managed relationships with Fortune 500 C-Level executives and their ad agencies. Your consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape enable you to effectively grow and scale revenues for your team. You have a proven track record of consistently closing sales and generating significant revenue, demonstrating your ability to drive results in a competitive market.

In addition to your sales expertise, you have at least 5 years of experience in sales management, where you have successfully hired and retained top sales talent. You understand the importance of building a strong team and fostering an environment where sales professionals can thrive. Your experience includes driving the sales management process while also being hands-on in sales activities, ensuring that you lead by example.

You are skilled at interacting with a diverse range of businesses and are comfortable presenting both over the phone and in person. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders is a key strength that has contributed to your success in sales. You are passionate about helping clients achieve their business goals through tailored advertising solutions.

Desirable

While not required, experience in the gaming or streaming industry would be a plus, as it would enhance your understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this space. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms can also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Manager on the Twitch team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving the overall sales strategy for your category. You will work closely with your team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to engage with potential clients. Your role will involve consulting with clients to understand their advertising needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
