What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Amazon Connect and related technologies. You will work directly with customers to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that leverage AWS services. Your role will involve collaborating with product teams to bring valuable customer insights into the product development process, ensuring that the solutions offered meet market demands.

You will engage with partner teams to strategize on recruitment and development initiatives that enhance the capabilities of our technology partners.
