You have a proven track record of growing businesses and designing ambitious technology transformation programs that drive meaningful outcomes for customers. Your ability to work backwards from customer objectives allows you to innovate and think big, ensuring high standards in execution and continuous curiosity in your work.
You thrive in environments where you can serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior vice presidents across various functions, including Digital, IT, and AI. Your leadership style combines hands-on engagement with the ability to guide and coach your team effectively. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction metrics and are committed to achieving high levels of engagement and success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with Amazon's most strategic healthcare and life sciences customers to design transformative programs that focus on AI, IT modernization, and cloud migration. You will work closely with ProServe sales and delivery teams, as well as specialist groups like the GenAI Innovation Center, to develop large, programmatic deals for selected accounts. Your success will be measured through revenue growth, billable bookings, and customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS and CSAT.
You will lead your team in shaping how technology drives business transformation and patient impact across the healthcare sector. By collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that the solutions designed meet the specific needs of your customers. Your role will involve not only strategic planning but also direct engagement with clients to foster strong relationships and drive successful outcomes.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range for this position, with annual compensation between $187,000 and $252,900, depending on experience and qualifications.
