Amazon is hiring a Sales Operations Manager for their External Fulfillment team in São Paulo. You'll drive long-term business growth through strategic planning and data-driven insights. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in sales operations.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations with a focus on strategy and analytics — your experience includes developing forecasting models and driving business growth initiatives. You are a hands-on, data-driven individual who thrives in ambiguous environments and can work autonomously while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Your leadership experience allows you to influence strategic decision-making effectively, even without direct reports.

You are comfortable with data analysis and can translate complex analytical insights into actionable business recommendations — your ability to develop metrics and dashboards is crucial for providing visibility to senior management. You understand the importance of aligning business operations with customer needs and scalable solutions, ensuring that your strategies are both effective and sustainable.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the annual goals recommendations, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the External Fulfillment team — your insights will help identify and prioritize growth opportunities across various channels. You will drive the financial model to support these growth strategies, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to meet its objectives. Additionally, you will design and implement strategic change plans that enhance the sales organization’s effectiveness.

You will develop and maintain forecasting models and metrics that provide critical insights into business operations — your work will support Generative AI initiatives aimed at unlocking data-driven insights. By collaborating closely with the Head of External Fulfillment, you will ensure that the team is aligned with the overall business strategy and that customer segment performance is effectively communicated to senior management.
