Who you are

You have a strong background in security management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the complexities of managing security across multiple operational sites and have a proven track record of delivering strategic goals and objectives. Your leadership skills are complemented by your ability to engage with senior management and foster positive working relationships.

You are detail-oriented and ensure that all operational sites within your region comply with security standards. You have experience conducting audits and implementing robust physical security measures. Your proactive approach to risk management allows you to effectively prevent, intervene, and investigate security incidents.

What you'll do

As a Senior Security Manager, you will be accountable for delivering security as a service to a region composed of multiple clusters of operational sites. You will manage a team of Cluster Loss Prevention Managers, ensuring they provide effective security services across the supply chain. Your role involves engaging with senior management to understand opportunities for support and providing security risk guidance.

You will oversee the compliance of all operational sites with security standards, conducting regular audits and assessments. Your responsibilities will also include managing relevant risks within your region, ensuring that all security measures are in place to protect personnel and prevent loss. You will play a key role in maintaining operational continuity and enhancing the overall security posture of the organization.
