What you'll do

In this role, you will define and evolve the local editorial content strategy for Spanish language, aligning it with Netflix's global publishing goals. You will analyze performance metrics and learnings from pilot campaigns to inform future strategies, ensuring that content distribution grows overall engagement and reach.

You will serve as the central editorial partner for local teams, collaborating on initiatives that enhance audience engagement. Your leadership will guide a small, multidisciplinary team, empowering them to innovate and execute compelling content strategies. You will identify and adapt priorities based on performance data, predictive insights, and emerging opportunities, ensuring that Tudum.com becomes a compelling home for Netflix fans in Mexico.
