Overview
Malt is seeking a Head of Global Account Management to lead their Global Expansion team. You'll coach and develop a team of Global and National Account Managers to drive revenue retention and growth across multinational accounts. This role requires strong leadership and strategic alignment across various departments.

You have extensive experience in account management and sales leadership, ideally with a focus on global or multinational accounts. Your background includes coaching and developing teams to achieve exceptional results in revenue retention and growth. You understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration and have successfully driven alignment across various departments such as Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product.
You are passionate about creating a culture of excellence and inclusivity within your team. You believe in empowering your team members to take ownership of their roles and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your leadership style is characterized by a commitment to mentorship and professional development, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing market.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform decision-making. You have a track record of developing and implementing strategies that drive growth and improve customer satisfaction. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships with key stakeholders is a key asset in your role.
Desirable
Experience in the freelance or gig economy is a plus, as is familiarity with tech-powered platforms that connect freelancers with businesses. You may also have a background in international business or global sales strategies, which would further enhance your ability to lead the Global Account Management team effectively.
What you'll do
As the Head of Global Account Management, you will lead the Global Expansion team, focusing on coaching and developing Global Account Managers (GAMs) and National Account Managers (NAMs). Your primary mission will be to ensure exceptional revenue retention and renewal success across multinational accounts. You will be responsible for driving aggressive growth strategies that align with Malt's overall business objectives.
You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless execution of sales governance and team performance. This includes collaborating with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to align on goals and strategies. Your role will involve setting clear performance metrics and expectations for your team, as well as providing ongoing feedback and support to help them achieve their targets.
You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices within the Global Account Management function. This may involve analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform your strategies. You will play a key role in shaping the future of work at Malt, contributing to the company's mission of transforming how work gets done.
