You have extensive experience in order management processes, ideally with a focus on customer and partner interactions. You understand the intricacies of ordering, shipping, and billing across various channels, and you are adept at using operational tools to streamline these processes. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively liaise with B2B partners and internal teams, ensuring that all order-related inquiries are handled efficiently. You are also keen on learning automation techniques to enhance order and billing processes, demonstrating a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and track order management tasks specifically for Asia Pacific partners, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate with the International Expansion team to launch and oversee international order management processes, playing a crucial role in the company's growth in new markets. Your responsibilities will include communicating with B2B partners to acknowledge orders and address any questions related to billing, logistics, and returns. You will also work closely with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to monitor orders and plan shipment schedules, ensuring that all partners receive their orders in a timely manner. Your role will require you to maintain high standards of service and efficiency, meeting SLAs and contributing to the overall success of the eero Order Management team.
